Sous Chef

With overall ability and be responsible to manage entire kitchen operation in a diverse
environment with focus on client and customer is essential, whilst supervising,
coordinating and management of kitchen operations and control food costs, having a
good knowledge of Western, International food, compiling menus and recipes with a
good knowledge of kitchen management skills, costing of menus and meet established
hygiene standards and specifications.

  • At least 10 years of experience in kitchen operations / 05 years experience in a similar
  • Must have a strong background in being associated with a star class hotel.
  • Provide supervision, training, including SOP’s, direction and leadership to all kitchen staff.
    Ensure smooth operation in the kitchen areas.
  • Should be in control of purchasing, receiving and storing.
    Ensure the highest level of food safety and security.
  • Must have excellent communication skills in English.
    Have strong leadership and training skills.
  • Should be hands on.
  • Have to be a leader, not a boss.

Restaurant & Bar Manager- HOD

Maintain the high standards of the property and support the objectives of the Restaurant & Bar Division, including supervising Beverage department to ensure proper service to customers. Ensure efficiency of service through on-site monitoring of the hotel.Communicate all department needs to the General Manager.

Oversee orders and maintain par levels of inventory for each beverage outlet. Maintain
adequate levels of products in each outlet.

  • Conduct training and relay pertinent information to the staff prior to starting shifts.
    Manage, monitor and mentor staff to ensure they are following proper SOP’s.
    100% responsibility over financial goals set forth by General Manager.
  • Perform all duties as deemed necessary for the success of the department.
  • Performs all other job related duties as requested.
  • Achieving KPI’s financial and guest satisfaction, including high customer ratings.


Maintenance Supervisor
Coordinate installation, maintenance and repair overall equipment in the hotel. Must
train, and oversee workers and determine repair procedures.

Job Description and Duties

  •  Oversee and coordinate the workers who maintain and repair electrical, plumbing, Air
    Condition / Refrigerators and kitchen equipment.
  • Must be responsible for evaluating appliances or facilities and determining installation or
    repair services.
  • Should organize rosters, and assign work activity.
  • Perform training to ensure individuals have all the requisite skills.
  • Developing and implementing maintenance procedures.
  • Ensure quality operations and prepare relevant reports.
