With overall ability and be responsible to manage entire kitchen operation in a diverse environment with focus on client and customer is essential, whilst supervising, coordinating and management of kitchen operations and control food costs, having a good knowledge of Western, International food, compiling menus and recipes with a good knowledge of kitchen management skills, costing of menus and meet established hygiene standards and specifications.

Requirements

  • At least 10 years of experience in kitchen operations / 05 years experience in a similar capacity.
  • Must have a strong background in being associated with a star class hotel.
  • Provide supervision, training, including SOP’s, direction and leadership to all kitchen staff.
  • Ensure smooth operation in the kitchen areas.
  • Should be in control of purchasing, receiving and storing.
  • Ensure the highest level of food safety and security.
  • Must have excellent communication skills in English.
  • Have strong leadership and training skills. Should be hands on. Have to be a leader, not a boss.

 

With overall experience in the kitchen, including hot range and the preparation of Italian cuisine.

We are looking for a professional Chef de Partie to our establishment with excellent cooking according to the hotel’s recipes and specifications. Your work will be an important factor to a client’s contentment.

Job Description

Ensure adequacy of supplies at the cooking stations. Prepare ingredients that should be frequently available (vegetables, spices etc.) Follow the guidance of the executive sous chef and have input in ways of presentation or dishes. Put effort in optimizing the cooking process with attention to speed and quality. Enforce strict health and hygiene standards.

Help to maintain a climate of smooth and friendly cooperation.

Requirements

Proven experience in a Chef de Partie role.
Excellent use of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and processes.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
Knowledge of best cooking practices.
Culinary school diploma.

Candidates should have successfully completed their Ordinary Level Examinations. School Leavers are welcome to apply. Prior experience will be beneficial.

With 1 year experience in a reputed hotel. Candidates completed hotel school diploma are welcome to apply.

Energetic female personnel below 35 years of age with a good academic background, able to handle Spa clientele and administer the department's rosters, inventory and other affairs concerning the Spa. The Coordinator will also be responsible for the entire Spa operation, including achieving monthly targets, while acting as a Therapist when needed.

5 years’ experience in Spa operations is mandatory, out of which 2 years has to be as a Coordinator or a Supervisor. Experience with Balinese treatments would be an advantage. Apply with a coloured photograph.
